SUMMARY:North Texas Observes 10 Years of D’JAM
DESCRIPTION:Dallas joins the national celebration of jazz with the 10th annual D’JAM (Dallas Jazz Appreciation Month). Along with a month-long slate of live performances\, film screenings and an awards ceremony\, this D’JAM 2023 features the first-ever Arts District Jazz Stroll on Saturday\, April 29\, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Held in partnership with the Dallas Arts District\, this new free event transforms the Dallas Arts District’s Flora St. into a lively music-filled Jazz Alley with eight participating local art venues\, museums\, restaurants and outdoor spaces. The event is highlighted by the annual D’JAM Legend Awards Ceremony at St. Paul United Methodist Church.
