Dr. Marguritte S. Johnson (AKA Dr. MSJ) exemplifies love every day and is often considered “a breath of fresh air” in a society filled with negativity.
Passionate, Vibrant, and Motivating would best describe the inspiring journey of Dr. Johnson. Her personal testament serves as a ‘catalyst of change’ that empowers individuals to experience L.I.F.E. (Living In Freedom Everyday)!
Dr. Johnson graduated May of 1997 from Duncanville High School in the Top 11% of her class out of almost 700 students. With a childhood desire to be an attorney, her favorite classes were Debate, English, and Journalism/Media Technology.
Exactly 1 year later after meeting at Walmart, May 30, 1998 she said “I Do” to her boo – Dr. Jeremiah Johnson Sr. They currently reside in Dallas, TX and celebrated 25 years of blissful marriage on May 30, 2023. They were blessed by God Almighty with two extraordinary children from their union (JJ Jr. age 21 and Mariah Serenity age 19).
From 2000-2004, Dr. Johnson officiated as Executive Pastor at Eternally Yes Intl’ Ministries and from 2009- 2016, as Executive Pastor of LIFE Intl’ Ministries both in Texas and Oklahoma City.
She launched her first women’s ministry, “Mirror, Mirror” in 2001-2015 – an intimate gathering for women to connect in sisterhood, support, truth and transparency as they confronted their fears, flaws, insecurities, and traumas in the mirror.
The Mirror Mirror Ministry blossomed into The Godly Girlfriend Movement “A Saved Sistas Sorority” in January 2012, which consisted of the birthing of The Finally Free 2B Me Conference (2012-2016), a step team, staycations, retreats, and getaways for the enrichment of women mind, body and soul.
In 2011, Dr. Johnson signed with The One Talent Agency with opportunities to be on set for movies (Grudge Match, Salvation, One Heart), television shows (Dallas, and Tremme) and commercials (Nike, Verizon) and many more.
Dr. Johnson penned and produced her 1st Mono’Drama Stageplay entitled “The Closet” via MSJ Productions in Dallas, TX on July 27, 2014, and her 2nd production July 2016, a Monologue featuring 7 women and 1 man, called “Revealed Healed!”
Since 2018, Dr. Johnson has served on the advisory board for the National Academy of Finance serving DISD schools with mentor-ship, enrichment opportunities, college and career prep, and entrepreneurship training.
Today, she is committed to being the change that she desires to see in the world today as a Social Activist and Founder and Executive Director of two 501(c)(3) organizations, Stand 4 Sisterhood and ProActivism Inc.
Stand 4 Sisterhood is committed to standing in solidarity for the betterment of girls and women via inter-generational mentoring, personal and professional development, advocacy, awareness, and the power of prevention.
Stand 4 Sisterhood received Nonprofit of the Year from the City of Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce in December 2022 and Nonprofit of the Year at the Niche Down Conference & Gala 2022. Furthermore, October 27 has been officially proclaimed as Stand 4 Sisterhood Day, and the 4th week of July as Diamonds in the Rough Summer Camp Week, both in the City of Farmers Branch.
ProActivism Inc. is committed to addressing systemic racism and generational poverty in under-served populations.
Dr. Johnson launched 4CORE in 2020: an Inter-Generational Mentoring Network committed to bridging the generational gap among girls and women, in addition to eliminating barriers and championing for sustainable solutions that positively influence all generations of girls and women.
She is CEO of MSJ-PRO Services, LLC – a boutique style consulting agency specializing in LLC and 501c3 formations, 990 filings, and funding strategies for both nonprofit and for-profit entities. Furthermore, empowering individuals to MAXimize their time, talents and treasures in capacities that yield measurable RESULTS.
In 2019, she received her Small Business Certification from Texas Wesleyan University, in 2020 her Certification of Mediation and Conflict Resolution from El Centro College, in 2020, her Honorary Doctorate in Christian Counseling from Grace Intl’ Bible University, in 2021 her Nonprofit Management Certification from Collin College, in 2021 her Texas Notary License, in 2020 her Mental Health First Aid Certification for both Youth and Adults from the North Texas Behavioral Authority, in 2022, her Ordination and Licensing in Chaplaincy from The School of Chaplaincy in Dallas, TX, in 2023, her Nonprofit Governance and Evaluations and Grant-writing Certifications from University of North Texas – Dallas. Sept 26, 2023, Johnson graduated from the Prosperity Bank Small Business Masterclass.
February 2023, Dr. Johnson became Host & Producer of TV Show, “Highlight Humanity” on the Zondra TV Network. The premiere was hosted on October 27, 2023, with on demand streaming on AppleTV, Amazon Fire TV, and ROKU.
She diligently influences the community as a Mentor, Speaker, Inspirational Artist, Notary, Panelist, Playwright, 4x Best-Selling Author, Content Creator/Ghostwriter, Red Carpet Correspondent, Credentialed Mediator, Certified Mental Health First Aid Responder for Youth & Adults, and much more!

In 2009, The Johnson’s became authorized dealers of their own Saladmaster Franchise called Cookin’ For The STARS which also catapulted into a Catering Division of which they’ve had the opportunity to prepare food for celebrities in both the secular and Christian arenas.
Today, the Johnson’s have their own line of waterless and greaseless cookware called FreshBonAppetit and successfully operates an event center in Farmers Branch, TX – The HELP Studios.
Dr. Johnson considers it an honor and absolute blessing to be a recipient of The 2023 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for the years of gifting her time, talent and treasures for the betterment of others.
Her foundation scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
Therefore, Dr. Johnson is in relentless pursuit – moving towards her expected end in Jesus Name!
