The Supreme Court’s ruling in Glacier Northwest v. Teamsters places greater legal responsibility on workers attempting to fight poor workplace conditions, and could potentially limit the potential of the resurgent labor movement by preventing workers from using employer’s products and the flow of business to negotiate for better pay and conditions.
