Car Show to Salute Vietnam Vets

FORT WORTH – Silver Dollar Customs of Azle (Silver Dollar Customs | Azle TX | Facebook) will host a Vietnam Veterans Day car show on March 25 at the Eagle Mountain Marina – 6500 Wells Burnett Rd. – in north Fort Worth.

The event is being held to support the Tarrant County Vietnam Memorial Foundation (Tarrant County Vietnam Memorial | Tarrant County Vietnam Memorial Foundation (tcvmf.us) with proceeds going toward the construction of a permanent memorial in Fort Worth’s Veteran’s Memorial Park (Veteran’s Memorial Park – Welcome to the City of Fort Worth (fortworthtexas.gov) on Camp Bowie Blvd.

According to organizers, event registration will be from 9 a.m. to noon with an awards ceremony at 2 p.m. Best of show and class awards will be presented. Entry fee is $20. The first 100 participants will receive an event T-shirt and dash plaque.
