Anti-DEI policies are a blatant violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which bans discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, and national origin, and are simply a modern-day version of the “Good Ol’ Boy Network” that has historically excluded and discriminated against minorities.
