Kena Williams got her start 20 years ago when she launched MOCCA Cosmetics in June 2002. William’s clientele features an impressive list of who’s who in every field. Actress Angela Robinson of Tyler Perry’s The Have and the Have Nots; comedian Phyllis Yvonne Stickney; comedian Sommore, the star-studded cast of the film Bid for Love and the list goes on and on. Since 2002 Williams has been working tirelessly to build an empire that helps others establish themselves, offering consultants an opportunity to chart their future while also focusing on being a good corporate citizen by putting back into the communities that support them.

In 2016, Williams rebranded MOCCA Cosmetics into MOCCA Makeup & Skincare as sole proprietor. Williams also boasts an exemplary level of professionalism with quality products, customer service and a team that is steadily growing and empowering others in the process. The brands natural makeup and a lipstick with a long-lasting formula put MOCCA on another level.

Williams and her consultants also serve as mentors to inspiring entrepreneurs at the high school and college level.

In 2020 Williams, along with Milton Frazier started MOCCA Makes a Difference Non-Profit Kidney foundation, which helps people on dialysis.

In 2021 during the pandemic, MOCCA Makeup & Skincare opened its first brick and mortar location in Red Oak Texas. Williams has a business formula of keeping everything in-house with her protégé and niece Kaeli as her assistant, and her son Javin as her website designer. Her corporate teachings extend to the school districts with her sister Anessa Nelson.

WIlliams also serves as a motivational speaker. She is a person to watch as her star continues to shine brighter and brighter.
