Overview:
The National Juneteenth Observance Foundation (NJOF) will hold its 9th Annual Meeting in Dallas, TX from October 16-18, 2026. The event will bring together Juneteenth Directors, Affiliates, and national leaders to advance Juneteenth education and year-round programming. Attendees will participate in master classes and strategy sessions, connect with partners and initiatives, advance youth programming, and align Juneteenth strategies for 2027. The meeting will also celebrate Miss Opal Lee's 100th birthday.

The National Juneteenth Observance Foundation (NJOF) will host its 9th Annual Meeting in
Dallas, TX in October. The meeting will draw Juneteenth Directors, Affiliates, and national
leaders dedicated to advancing Juneteenth education and year-round programming. The
gathering will include the celebration of Miss Opal Lee’s 100th birthday.
