Dallas Wings To Play At American Airlines Center For 2027 Season

Arlington, TX (Aug. 3, 2026) – The Dallas Wings will play the team’s home games for the 2027 season at American Airlines Center in Dallas, the team announced today. The Wings, who relocated to North Texas prior to the 2016 WNBA season, have played the last 11 seasons at College Park Center in Arlington.

American Airlines Center is located in Dallas, Texas, and is home to the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and NHL’s Dallas Stars; it consistently ranks as one of the busiest arenas in the world.

The Wings played two regular-season games at AAC in 2025, including a record-setting showing on June 27 against the Indiana Fever. Dallas and Indiana played in front of a sold-out crowd of 20,409 at AAC, marking a franchise single-game record, the largest WNBA crowd in Texas ever and just the eighth regular-season game in WNBA history to feature more than 20,000 fans in attendance. Dallas has three scheduled games at AAC during the 2026 season, including a rematch with the Fever on Aug. 20, along with this Friday’s showdown with the Golden State Valkyries.

In 2024, the Wings signed a 15-year use agreement with the City of Dallas to play in a renovated Dallas Memorial Auditorium. Due to delays in construction at the site, the Wings will temporarily relocate to American Airlines Center. Construction continues on the Wings’ state-of-the-art performance center in Dallas, located in the West Oak Cliff neighborhood. The facility is scheduled to open next April and will serve as the permanent training home of the Dallas Wings.

Current Wings Season Ticket Members will have the first opportunity to select seat locations and purchase season tickets for the 2027 season at American Airlines Center. Current member renewals will begin on Aug. 10, while those interested in becoming a Wings Season Ticket Member will have their first opportunity on Aug. 20, coinciding with the Wings-Fever matchup that night.
