Prism Health North Texas has announced its 22nd annual Miss LifeWalk pageant, which is scheduled for Sunday, October 4, at Station 4's Rose Room. Hosted by Marsha Dimes, the fundraiser supports LGBTQIA+ healthcare programs and services for over 17,000 patients. The winner will receive a $500 cash prize and serve as a community healthcare ambassador through October 2027.
DALLAS – September 15, 2026 – Prism Health North Texas (PHNTX) announces the 22nd annual Miss LifeWalk pageant, where the 21st Miss LifeWalk will be crowned, will take place on Sunday, October 4 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Station 4โs Rose Room at 3911 Cedar Springs Road. The pageant, hosted by Marsha Dimes, will include performances, talent showcases, and presentations from each drag contestant, along with special guest numbers from past winners and supporters, including from Gennifer WithaG, Miss LifeWalk 2025.
Originally created as a fundraiser for PHNTXโs annual LifeWalk, Miss LifeWalk is dedicated to raising funds that support the organizationโs LGBTQIA+ healthcare programs, resources, and staff. Funds raised will provide care to people who have or are at risk of losing their health insurance, expand access to primary care, behavioral health, sexual health, and HIV services.
The winner of Miss LifeWalk 2026 will receive a cash prize of $500 and become an ambassador for PHNTX through October of 2027 to promote community healthcare, safe sex, knowing your status, and being PrEPared.
Tickets are available to purchase at LifeWalk.org ranging from $10 Standing General Admission to $35 General Admission with guaranteed seating, and $75 VIP ticket access including two drink tickets, early entry and recognition as a VIP supporter of PHNTX. Raffle ticket bundles of ten raffle entries are available for $10. More information about sponsorship opportunities is also available on the website, with all proceeds invested in PHNTXโs essential programming for the community.
