Back with her first Dallas-based show in two years, international couture designer Ese Grembowski of Ese Azenabor shows Dallas her newest collections at her brand new showroom in the design district.
On the heels of designing couture bridal gowns for celebrities such as Da Brat, Judy Dupart and the wife of Grammy award singer and songwriter, Neyo, Ese Grembowski of Ese Azenabor showcases both evening and bridal collections at her private Dallas show on May 2nd. Dallas fashion elite and celebrities like radio host DeDe McGuire, designer Sonya Mofor, businesswoman Yolanda Taylor who opened the show and Dr. Tiffany Moon of the Real Housewives of Dallas were in attendance.
Like many in the fashion industry, Ese Grembowski had to rethink how her current and potential clients would see her collections during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021 Ese Azenabor collections were shown in a collaborative virtual fashion with Dallas based couture suit designer Don Morphy. This year she went back to the basics and created a runway in the middle of her new showroom in the heart of the Dallas design district. Guests were greeted with the sounds a harpist, horderves and cocktails before sitting for the show.
As soon as the first couture evening look hit the runway, the crowd literally gasped …and it was the first of many. Ese Azenabor continued to wow the crowd with multiple couture evening looks ranging from gowns, dress coats and pants suits. After a brief intermission, the show commenced with Azenabor’s bridal collection. Once again the crowd jeered with “oohs” and “ahhs” as the models hit the runway. The bridal collection consisted of traditional silk gowns, multi- layered tulle trains, and even a pearl corset that reflected the Azenabor’s signature attention to detail with intricate beading. Clearly showing why Ese is one of the most sought after couture designers in the world.
